Charlotte is a paraprofessional working in the BSC School system and is a member of South Dakota Advocacy and Partners in Policymaking. Having two sons with Fragile X Syndrome, she has extensive experience working with people with disabilities. She also currently works as a guardian for adults with disabilites.

Elmer Athey, Vice President

Elmer has many years of experience working with kids with disabilities having helped raise two sons with special needs. Along with his wife, he has been involved in the SD Advocacy and Partners in Policymaking organizations helping shape public policy for people with disabilities.

Carol Anderson, Secretary

Carol currently works as a Support Coordinator for Lifequest Services. Her extensive experience includes working with the SD Department of Human Services and as an advocate for people with disabilities. She also works as a guardian for two adults with disabilities.
